Black developed his king's bishop to QB4(c5), a weak move compared to 3..Kt-B3 or 3..B-Kt5.
White's K-side Knight takes Black's king's pawn on K5(e5) to attack both QKt and KBP and offer a pseudo-sacrifice (ie. a loss easily regainable).
