(The) Declined Variation
Black declined White's QBP gambit but advanced a rarer KP counter to K4(e5), content to exchange it for fast development and free bishop diagonals.
White declines the KP and sets a passive King's Pawn on K3(e3) to support his QP and free his KB. Inferior, as Black can transpose out. W-Alt.
