"Queen's Pawn" Variation

White deployed an "Indian" KB on KKt2(g2) and enabled rapid castling, still playing a waiting game.
Black develops his Queen's Bishop to KB4(f5) to triple his control of White's K4(e4), planning a ..P-K3 pawn formation behind it. A sound but inferior move that usually leads to a Reti London line. B-Alt.
	White	Black

 2.	P-KKt3	Kt-KB3

When castling always touch the king first
Under FIDE laws of chess, if a player deliberately touches a rook and then his king, he is not allowed to castle on that side on that move but must still move the rook if legally possible.
