Black's queen developed to KKt4(g5) closing an elementary trap - a strong attack forking White's centre Kt and KKtP (a threat against White's KR).
White's forked K5(e5) Knight takes the KB7(f7) pawn and in turn forks Black's Q and KR. W-Alt.
