Black's pawn-supported QP advance freed his QB and attacked White's KP to contest centre control.
White develops his Queen's Knight to Q2(d2) to defend his KP without threatening Black's QP. It reduces a risk of his QKt becoming pinned but cuts his own QP support (thus 3.Kt-QB3 is best). W-Alt.
