Black developed his KKt to KB3(f6) attacking the White knight, rather than 4..Kt-Q2 or (usually) 4..B-B4.
White develops his Queen to Q3(d3) to defend his knight instead of the usual expected 5.KtxKt+ch reply. Can lead to a famous short game. W-Alt.
