EVANS GAMBIT - "Evergreen Game"
Black developed his queen to KB3(f6) to defend his KBP and contest the dark centre squares.
White's King's Pawn to K5(e5) attacks Black's queen and enables Kt-for-Kt, a move seemingly under-supported but in fact something of a trap. [Compare in Waller Attack.]
