(Transpositional) Variation
Black pushed his KP out, freed his Q+KB and plans in all probability the French or an Indian Defence.
White develops his King's Knight to KB3(f3) to control K5(e5). Inferior to 2.P-QB4 or the French main (2.P-K4) unless seeking to transpose out. Black often plays a Dutch Defence QBP in reply. W-Alt.
