Black developed his queen early to defend his KP and counter-attack quickly - a risky move inviting further attack, usually with loss of tempo (eg. 2..Kt-KB3 was a better way to attack White's KP).
White develops his King's Bishop to QB4(c4) to enable rapid castling, and targets what is (until Black can castle) his king's weakest point KB2(f7). W-Alt.
