White's Pawn to K4(e4) frees his KB for 4.BxP to recoup while also enabling a 3..Kt-KB3, 4.P-K5 charge. An inferior attempt to take the centre early, first analysed by 16th C. master Giovanni Saduleto but of renewed interest in recent years. W-Alt.
