QUEEN'S GAMBIT - Exchange Variation
White developed his KKt early for bishop support (enabling P-K4) but risked being unable to take control of his light QKt1-KR7 (b1-h7) diagonal.
Black's King's Bishop to K2(e7) halves the KKt pin, deters P-K4, threatens ..Kt-K5 and enables ..0-0.
