White's QKt5(b5) Bishop takes the QB6(c6) pawn with check, threatens 9.BxR and invites capture.
Black develops his Queen's Knight and captures White's bishop on QB3(c6) but after 10.QxKt+ch Black will be three pawns down and likely to lose.
