INDIAN DEFENCE
The Paleface Attack

Black developed his KKt to prevent 2.P-K4, and aims to contest the centre by indirect means.
White (rarely) pushes his King's Bishop's Pawn out one square to support 3.P-K4 and invoke what usually becomes the Blackmar-Diemer Gambit, rather than play 2.P-QB4 (a far better response to the Indian Defences) or other lines. W-Alt.
