White's Q4(d4) knight removed Black's second knight on QB6(c6) and attacked the queen.
Black's Queen on K2(e7) takes White's knight on K5(e4) with check, to recoup by 7..QPxKt (or 7.Q-Q2..QxQ, 8.BxQ..QPxKt) for a pawn up and equality.
