Black developed his queen, removing White's bishop threat on KB3(f6) and completing B-for-Kt.
White also develops his Queen, but to QKt3(b3) defending his QP and targeting Black's QKtP. [7.P-K3..QKt-Q2, 8.B-Q3..PxP is more usual but drawish].
