White's QR4(a4) Bishop under attack retreats to QKt3(b3) and targets Black's relatively weak KBP.
Black's QB3(c6) Knight removes the QP on Q5(d4). Better than alternative 7..PxP as it forks the bishop and KKt, continuing the attack.
