FORMS are used to submit data. A form must start and end with FORM-tags.
Here is a form with two typical elements: INPUT and TEXTAREA.
Each element is of TYPE="text" and must have its own NAME-attribute to identify it in processing.

Apart from INPUT TYPE="text", a form usually has two further INPUT elements:
TYPE="submit" and TYPE="reset". Each of these types automatically creates a form button which performs the function (ie. submits or resets data) whenever selected.
