Black's QB3(c6) knight tried to end White's attack by taking the K2(e7) rook (White needing further check with every move to avoid 21..QxKtP++mate).
White's Queen on QR4(a4) removes Black's QP on Q7(d7) - another stunning sacrificial move (i.e. apparently undefended) for check.
