White's queen on QR4(a4) removed Black's QP on Q7(d7) - another stunning sacrificial (i.e. apparently undefended) move for check.
Black's K1(e8) King removes White's sacrificial queen on Q2(d7) [else only 21..K-B1, 22.BxKt++mate]. Still a 23..QxKtP++mate threat.
