White's K4(e4) pawn removed Black's QP, starting a tactic to leave Black with an IQP (ie. isolated QP).
Black's Queen exchanges, developing to remove White's newly doubled QP on Q4(d5). This rarer move avoids Black having to accept an IQP. B-Alt.
