"Bishop" Variation
Black fianchettoed his QB and attacked White's KP.
White does not fear Black's immediate ..BxP threat and develops his King's Bishop to QB4(c4) to target the Black king's weakest (ie. least defended) square KB2(f7), and enables rapid castling.
