White developed his queen's bishop early to KB4(f4) to increase his control of Black's K4(e5).
Black develops his King's Knight to KB3(f6) to improve his QP support and take control of White's K4(e4). Can transpose into the Queen's Bishop Game or the QGD Harrwitz Attack. B-Alt.
