Black's pawn to QR3(a6) attacked to dislodge White's bishop - an inferior move (here tending to favour White, unlike in the Morphy Ruy Lopez), it assisted a trap but was better delayed.
White's bishop removes Black's QKt on QB6(c6) to break up his Q-side, and avoids a trap. W-Alt.
