White developed his KB to QB4(c4) to control Q5(d5) and target the Black king's weak KB2(f7).
Black advances his King's Bishop's Pawn to KB4(f5), exposing his KKt while attacking White's KP. Unsound at master level, it is not really a gambit unless White plays 4.P-Q4, transposing. B-Alt.
